Description: Lovely pair of Victorian oil paintings. They are signed on
the bottom "J. Graham". There are a number of listed artists named Graham
with "J" as a first initial so we are unsure of who he was. "This is a well
known English artist" is written on the back - obviously by an owner long
after they were painted. The scenic paintings are extremely well executed
with vibrant colors and shading. The subject is a mountain stream in both.
The period gold frames were repainted many years ago. A quality pair of
very decorative Victorian paintings!
