The ultra fancy top features a gorgeous shaped beveled mirror, candle shelf, applied and open carvings, and a brass gallery on the right side. The middle has two small serpentine shaped drawers above a curved carved desk lid with three serpentine front drawers below. All the drawers have the original cast brass hardware. There is a bowed glass door on the left with four adjustable shelves. The bookcase on the right side has three original shelves. There is a cabinet on the top of the right side with one interior shelf. All the doors have shaped glass and decorative carvings. The desk interior has a number of suspended cubbies and two drawers. The lovely tiger grain, unbeatable original finish, asymmetrical flowing design and style make this a dream piece for the serious collector of oak furniture!
